What is your shipping policy?

 

1. We offer free standard shipping with purchases over $99 on all orders in the U.S.

(excluding PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii). 


2. All orders under $99 will see shipping costs included in their cart at the time of purchase. 
Please Note these tax fees are automatically calculated at checkout thru Wix.com

and not managed by Legacy Wear staff. 


3. Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be processed the same business day. 

4. Shipments will go out for delivery within 2-3 business days of confirmed purchase. Please note this does not include weekends or holidays.


5. If you order after 12 pm EST on a Friday, your order will begin its processing on the following Monday.

Our shipping carriers are continuing to experience unprecedented volumes and changes to procedures that are creating delays nationwide.

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders shipped within the Lower 48 states are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days of being shipped. Your order will be processed for delivery within 2-3 business days based on time of order. Thus, a 5-8 day turnaround from order to delivery of your purchase to the shipping address included with your purchase.

The great news is that most packages will arrive within the timeline shown at checkout. For any orders encountering delays, in most cases, the package will arrive only a day or two outside of the expected timeline. 

Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are estimated to arrive in 1-2 weeks. Fees are calculated at checkout.

International shipping 

At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

At this time, we do not offer shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

The Legacy Wear brand is dedicated to providing quality garments for each of you as our consumers, and we are confident you will be very satisfied with every aspect of your purchased items. Our owners inspect each garment thoroughly before approval for delivery as we want you to be as proud of our brand as we are!

This is YOUR LEGACY!

Legacy Wear will provide a full refund to any of our customers who are not completely satisfied with our product. Please refer to your confirmation email for return instructions. 

Do you sell gift cards?

At this time we do not offer gift cards although we plan to in the near future.
